Andrew (Drew) Foehrkolb is a lifelong resident of Maryland. He grew up in Baltimore City and graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute High School. He attended Towson University where he graduated with a BS degree.
Drew has continued his lifelong pursuit of health and fitness as demonstrated by his completion of over 50 marathons/triathlons/and distance cycling events within the last 15 years. He has completed 6 Ironman triathlons. He strongly believes in lifelong education and training. Drew graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a MS degree in Exercise Science/Health Promotion and a concentration in Rehabilitation Science. Drew graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
Drew is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. He maintains a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillator certification with the American Heart Association.
Drew lives on Wilde Lake in Columbia along with his wife, Murphy a chocolate lab and 2 orange cats. Drew is passionate about delivering the highest possible standard of safe and results driven health and fitness training for all of his clients. He spares no expense in time, equipment, or efforts to deliver maximum results. If Drew’s not in the CPT studio training, you can find him on his bike in Patapsco State Park.
