Michael Brandon grew up in Ellicott City and received her Undergraduate degree from Towson University and Graduate Degree from Johns Hopkins University.
Michael started her health and fitness journey at age 14 with the goal of losing weight. After achieving her goal, Michael became passionate about keeping the weight off and staying healthy. Michael’s primary goal is to help clients live happy and healthy well into their 80’s and 90’s.
In addition to helping clients achieve their fitness and weight loss goals, Michael has been training, competing, and coaching triathlon for the past 8 years. Michael has completed 3 Ironman triathlons and 4 marathons. She has instructed a wide range of fitness enthusiasts from college-aged competitive athletes to beginners learning how to swim or ride a bike.
Michael is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. She maintains a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillator certification with the American Heart Association.
Michael is a new mother and lives in the village of Dorsey’s Search. Michael is dedicated to helping clients of all ages and skill levels achieve their goals in a safe and welcoming environment. If Michael’s not in the CPT studio training, you can find her walking Annie through the trails of Columbia or grabbing a coffee at the Old Mill.
